Future Lifestyle Fashions has made further investment in Rachika Trading (RTPL), which resulted in increase of its total holding from 80% to 96% of the paid-up equity share capital of RTPL.

RTPL is a company engaged in the business of apparels and fashion accessories under the brand 'Giovani'.

Future Lifestyle Fashions has been formed through the demerger of the lifestyle fashion businesses of Future Retail (formerly Pantaloon Retail (India)) and Future Ventures India. It has a strong portfolio of owned and licensed brands and has established retail presence pan-India.
