Universal Cables has informed that a Meeting of Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 07, 2015, to consider and approve the terms of the proposed Rights Issue, the issue price, entitlement ratio, record date, etc. In view of the above, as per Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons, Promoters and Connected Persons covered under the said Code of the Company from September 03, 2015 to September 09, 2015.
