FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per September 3 data: NSDL

03 Sep 2015 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net sellers in equity segment while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4565.17 crore against gross sell of Rs 6090.31 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1525.14 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 414.88 crore with gross sales of Rs 363.03 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 51.85 crore in debt.
