NMDC has fixed the prices of iron ore with effect from September 01, 2015. The Lump Ore has been fixed at Rs 2,850 per wet metric tonne (WMT) and Fines has been fixed at Rs 1,660 per WMT. The above prices are excluding royalty, taxes, duties, levies etc.
NMDC is a state-controlled mineral producer of the Government of India. It is fully owned by the Government of India and is under administrative control of the Ministry of Steel.
