Bharat Electronics has informed that in relation to the statement of E-Voting Results submitted on September 03, 2015 pursuant to clause 35A of listing agreement, in the heading of Resolution no. 7-The heading of resolution will be read as Increase in Authorised share capital of the Company instead of Ratification of remuneration of Cost Auditors of the Company. Accordingly, Resolution No. 7 in the statement of E-Voting results is for Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company. The statement of E-Voting results is also attached after duly rectifying the above error.
