ABB India gains on raising Rs 600 crore through NCDs

ABB India is currently trading at Rs. 1203.65, up by 11.35 points or 0.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 1192.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1203.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1203.65 and Rs. 1203.65 respectively.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1525.00 on 19-Feb-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 988.25 on 17-Oct-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1260.35 and Rs. 1155.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 25,506.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.18% and 7.82% respectively.

ABB India has raised Rs 600 crore via issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The company’s board of directors at its meeting held on September 4, 2015 has allotted 600 rated listed, unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1,00,00,000 each at par. The NCDs were issued on private placement basis to the identified investor.
