Orris infrastructure informs about prepayment

07 Sep 2015 Evaluate

Orris infrastructure has informed that the company has decided to fix to prepay in full the 20% 200 Listed Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on September 07, 2015 for which payment of interest along with Payment towards full Redemption to all Debentures Holders of 200 Listed Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures will be made on September 07, 2015. Further the company has informed that, present face value of each above said Debenture is Rs 7,878,788 out of which Rs 7,878,788 will be redeemed per debenture and no Balance will remain on the face value of each Debenture after the above mentioned interest payment and Redemption.
