Future Lifestyle Fashions has made further investment in Mineral Fashions (MFPL), which resulted in increase of its total holding from 37.00% to 49.62% of the equity share capital of MFPL.

MFPL is a company engaged in the business of manufacturing and retailing of clothing & fashion accessories under the brand ‘Mineral’.

Future Lifestyle Fashions has been formed through the demerger of the lifestyle fashion businesses of Future Retail (formerly Pantaloon Retail (India)) and Future Ventures India. It has a strong portfolio of owned and licensed brands and has established retail presence pan-India.
