Physical rubber prices showed a mixed trend on Monday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety firmed to Rs 111/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 110.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety remained unchanged at Rs 106/ kg.
In the futures market, contract of September delivery improved to Rs 112.86 compared to its previous closing of Rs 111.14, while October delivery closed at Rs 112.31 compared to its previous close of Rs 110.48 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
