Info Edge (India) has informed that pursuant to the authorization given by the Board, the Committee of Executive Directors at its meeting held on September 09, 2015 has approved the allotment of 2,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to the Info Edge Employee Stock Option Plan Trust. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company shall be Rs 1,206,161,590 divided into 120,616,159 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
