With reference to the earlier Announcement dated August 16, 2015, regarding Financial Results for June 30, 2015, Himalchuli Food Products has informed that in Financial Results there was a printing mistake at Pt. No. 17 (in Particulars Column) stating the Face value of the shares as Re. 1 instead of Rs. 10. The mistake is now rectified. Apart from the above mentioned mistake, the other figures of the result remain unchanged and were accurate. Now the Company has submitted a copy of revised financial results for June 30, 2015.
