Terraform Realstate has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 29, 2015 & AGM to September 30, 2015 for the purpose of 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2015. Further, E-voting rights of the members of shall reckon on the equity held by them as on September 24, 2015. The voting will commence on September 27, 2015 at 9.00 AM hours and shall end on September 29, 2015 at 5.00 PM hours. During the period members may cast their vote electronically, thereafter, the E-voting module shall be disabled.
