Prime Focus has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 12, 2015 has approved the appointment of Parina Shah as the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company under the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from September 12, 2015. Further the Board has also approved the appointment of Parina Shah as the ‘Compliance Officer’ of the Company with effect from the said date.
