With reference to earlier letter dated July 09, 2015 vide which the Company had informed the Exchange about the Company making a reference to BIFR under section 15(1) of Sick Industrial Companies Act, since the accumulated losses exceeded the net worth of the Company. PSL has now informed that the aforesaid reference has been registered with the BIFR as communicated to the Company vide letter September 09, 2015 of the Registrar of BIFR received by the Company on September 14, 2015.
