Further, the trading window under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading will be closed from October 01, 2015 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the results. Accordingly, the Trading Window will open on October 23, 2015, as October 22, 2015 is a Holiday.
