The Company has made an application to the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu seeking extension of time to hold the AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.The Company has received the approval letter from The Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu, under section 96(1) of the Companies Act 2013 extending the due date for holding AGM by 3 months to December 31, 2015.
