Vikas GlobalOne has informed that in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in shares/securities of the Company shall be closed for Directors, Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other connected persons from September 20, 2015 to October 05, 2015 with respect to the Annual General Meeting of the Company. Accordingly the ‘Trading Window’ will be opened on October 06, 2015.
