With reference to the earlier letter dated March 23, 2015, Frontline Corporation has now informed BSE that there had been some typographical error while informing appointment of Aarefa Dudhwala as an Additional/ Independent / woman Director of the Company. Pursuant to all applicable clauses, if, any, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 23, 2015 approved appointment of Aarefa Dudhwala as an Addition /Independent/Woman Director of the Company.
