IFB Agro Industries has now informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 23, 2015 inducted Indranil Goho as an Additional Director to hold office up to next Annual General Meeting. Goho, who has been working with the Company as Chief Operating Officer has been appointed as Joint Managing Director of the Company. Further, Arup Kumar Banerjee, Managing Director of the Company has been elevated to the post of Vice Chairman and Managing Director.
