Zee Learn has informed that the ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of the Company at its meeting held on September 24, 2015, has approved allotment of 33,535 equity shares of the Company of face value of Re 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 20.85 per Equity Share under the existing ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,115,485 equity shares of Re 1 each aggregating Rs 320,115,485 to 320,149,020 equity shares of Re 1 each aggregating Rs 320,149,020.
