Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals has informed that the Members of the Company at the Thirtieth Annual General Meeting held on September 15, 2015 approved the revised CFCL Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2010 (‘ESOS 2010’). Further, the shareholders have authorized the Board of Directors to create, offer, issue and allot not exceeding 17,19,798 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company to CFCL Employees Welfare Trust for implementation of ESOS 2010.
