IIFL has invested Rs 78 crore in a housing project, developed by Urbana group, at Jaipur in state of Rajasthan. Jaipur-based project ‘Urbana Jewels’, promoted by Urbana group, has raised Rs 78 crore from IIFL to complete pending construction. The deal was advised by the Mumbai-based investment banking firm Ashika Capital.
IIFL (India Infoline group), comprising the holding company, IIFL Holdings and its subsidiaries, is one of the leading players in the Indian financial services space.
