With reference to the earlier letter dated September 28, 2015 intimating the effective date of the scheme of Amalgamation between Cellaris Refractories India (CRIL) with Carborundum Universal (CUMI). In this regard, Carborundum Universal has now informed that the intimation letter was inadvertently dated as September 28, 2015 instead of September 29, 2015. It is hereby confirmed that the certified true copy of the order has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu, on September 29, 2015 which is the effective date of the scheme.
