Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2015, to consider and approve the Company’s Audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ending September 30, 2015 (Q2). In accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (MMFSL), the Trading Window shall remain closed for Trading in MMFSL Securities from October 01, 2015 to October 23, 2015, i.e. from the first day of the month following the quarter, till 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting.
