Aditya Birla Nuvo has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/ officers/ designated employees of the Company from October 01, 2015 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2015 to the public. Accordingly, all directors/ officers/ designated employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
