SeQuent Scientific’s subsidiary Alivira Animal Health has completed acquisition of Animal Health Business of Lyka Exports. The acquisition of Lyka’s Animal Health Business, which was originally announced on August 27, 2015, includes all IPR, Sales/Marketing/Distribution network with related employees, business contracts, assets and liabilities. The acquired business will significantly boost Alivira's product profile in cattle and dairy segment coupled with a 250+ field force and Pan India presence. Consolidation with SeQuent will be effected from the third quarter of FY16.
