NMDC has fixed the prices of iron ore with effect from October 02, 2015. The Lump Ore has been fixed at Rs 2,500 per wet metric tonne (WMT) and Fines has been fixed at Rs 1,460 per WMT. The above prices are excluding royalty, taxes, DMF, duties, levies etc.
NMDC is a state-controlled mineral producer of the Government of India. It is fully owned by the Government of India and is under administrative control of the Ministry of Steel.
