R Systems International has completed the acquisition of certain customer contracts and related intellectual property rights from Swisscom (Schweiz) AG, a Switzerland based company effective October 01, 2015 through its wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely Computaris International, UK for a maximum consideration of euro 0.70 million.
