Ambuja Cements has now informed that the date of declaration of the Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter ended on September 30, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015 by the Board of Directors to the Stock Exchange has now been decided. Accordingly, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will now open from October 31, 2015. The Trading Window would remain closed from October 01, 2015 to October 30, 2015.
