Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) has reported results for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2011
The company’s net profit for the fourth quarter has zoomed 466.67% at Rs 11.73 crore as compared to Rs 2.07 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2010. Its total income has declined by 18.41% at Rs 93.14 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 114.15 crore in the corresponding previous quarter.
The company has registered a fall of 51.93% in its net profit for the year ended March 31, 2011 at Rs 22.42 crore as compared to Rs 46.64 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010. Its total income has decreased by 45.10% at Rs 289.78 crore for the year from Rs 527.73 crore in previous year.
Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) has recommended 15% dividend for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
