Further, as per Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders in securities of Orient Cement Limited, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees (including their immediate Relative(s) and any other person for whom they take trading decisions) from October 12, 2015 till October 21, 2015 for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.
