Ramkrishna Forgings has informed that in furtherance to the disclosure given on February 03, 2015, the writ petition which was pending before the Delhi High Court against the show-cause notice received from the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has been disposed off and the Hon’ble court has instructed that the adjudication proceedings will be done by Commissioner of Customs (Port), Custom House, Kolkata (Adjudicating Authority). The Hon’ble Court has further directed that no coercive action be taken by the Respondents till the disposal of representation by the adjudicatory authority. The Company is in the process of filing the representation before Adjudicating Authority.
