Mipco Seamless Rings Gujarat has informed that the Company made an application to Registrar of Companies, Karnataka for the extension of due date for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 and the Registrar of Companies vide order dated October 06, 2015 granted the approval to the Company for extending the due date for holding the Annual General Meeting by three months under Section 96 of the companies Act, 2013. Therefore the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 will now be held on or before December 31, 2015.
