PMC Fincorp has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2015, have approved the application to be made to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (‘NSE’) for permission to deal in and for official quotation for 486,561,200 equity shares of Rs 1 each. Further Board authorized Nidhi Pathak, Company Secretary of the Company, to sign the said application and comply with such formalities and requirements as arc directed by the said Stock Exchange in connection with the enlistment.
