Chemo Pharma Laboratories has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015 for all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from October 15, 2015 till October 28, 2015 i.e. 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly all Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
