FIIs net sellers of Rs 181.91 crore in futures and options segments on March 06

According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 181.91 crore in futures and options segments on Tuesday, March 06, 2012.

FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 376.40 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 105.97 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 301.97 crore, and they sold stock options worth Rs 1.51 crore.

Cumulative FII positions as percentage of total gross market position in the derivative segment as on March 06, 2012 is 35.08%.
