Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have raised their stake in Shree Cement by 49 basis points to 13.59 percent in Q2FY16 from 13.1 percent in Q1FY16. However, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have reduced their shareholding in Shree Cement by 22 basis points to 4.9 percent at the end of September 2015 quarter from 5.12 percent as on June 30, 2015.
Meanwhile, non institutions were holding 16.72 percent stake in the company at the end of September 2015 quarter, down 27 basis points from 16.99 percent as on June 30, 2015, while corporate bodies were holding 2.67 percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, down 23 basis points from 2.9 percent as on June 30, 2015. Further, the promoters’ shareholding was unchanged at 64.79 percent at the end of September 2015.
