Mindtree, a global IT and product engineering Service Company, has won two prestigious awards in the area of Corporate Governance. The first award bagged by the company is for “Best Corporate Governance, India, 2012” by World Magazine, at a ceremony held on February 3, 2012, at the London Stock Exchange. World Finance assessed its award nominees using a number of criteria, including governance structure, board composition, and transparency.
The company has been ranked at No 3 in India in the “Best Overall for Corporate Governance” category by Asia money magazine. Asia money magazine conducts its annual corporate governance poll with CEOs, CIOs and senior executives from fund management and hedge fund companies in the Asia-pacific region as well as heads of research and senior analysts in brokerages across the region.
