FIIs trim stake in Cox & Kings to 33.84% in Q2FY16

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced their stake in Cox & Kings by 95 basis points to 33.84% in Q2FY16 from 34.79% in Q1FY16. Moreover, the domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have trimmed their stake in the company by 13 basis points to 3.97% at the end of September 2015 quarter from 4.1% as on June30, 2015. On the other hand, Promoters have increased their shareholding by 61 basis points to 48.73% at the end of September 2015 quarter from 48.12% as on Jun 30, 2015.

Meanwhile, Non Institutions were holding 13.16% stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, up 42 basis points from 12.74% as on Jun 30, 2015. Corporate bodies were holding 7.53% stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, up 93 basis points from 6.6% as on Jun 30, 2015.
