Further, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed from October 27, 2015 to November 10, 2015, in view of consideration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 by the Board at the Meeting to be held on November 06, 2015. During this period the Promoters / Directors / Officers / Employees / Connected Persons of the Company are not permitted to purchase, sale or other dealings in the shares of the Company.
