Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company pursuant to the enactment of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015, the Trading Window will be closed for dealing in the shares of the Company from October 28, 2015 to November 09, 2015, i.e. 10 days before the announcement of the unaudited financial results and 48 hours after the public announcement of the aforesaid information.
