Coal India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2015, to consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 2nd Quarter and Half-Year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2). Pursuant to this, the Company has decided to close ‘Trading Window’ under code of internal procedures and conduct for prevention of insider trading in securities of Coal India from November 02, 2015 till the end of 48 hours after the result are made public on November 09, 2015.
