Shree Digvijay Cement Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2015, has appointed KK Rajeev Nambiar, current CEO, as Whole-time Director to be designated as ‘CEO & Whole-time Director’ of the Company with effect from November 01, 2015, He will take over the Whole-time Director (WTD) position from Chain Singh Jasol, present WTD, who will retire from this position with effect from close of working hours on October 31, 2015.
