Comfort Fincap has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2015, to approve Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending September 30, 2015. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall remain closed and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid Financial Results. Hence all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
