Cambridge Technology Enterprises has informed that the Company had adopted Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2015 (ESOS - 2015) for employees of the Company consequent to approval of Shareholders through Postal Ballot Notice dated April 29, 2015 and voting results dated June 01, 2015. The Company has further informed that the Company will be implementing the said Scheme through trust route by way of Secondary acquisition.
