Credila Financial Services has informed that the proceeds of all the debt issues listed on BSE have been utilized for the purposes for which they were raised and that there is no deviation in the utilization of their issue proceeds. Further since there is no deviation in the utilization of issue proceeds, the Company has not made any arrangements for publication of Half Yearly Statement of Deviation in the newspapers as per the Listing Agreement of the Stock Exchange.
