ADF Foods has received an approval for shifting of the manufacturing activity of the company’s material step down subsidiary in the USA ‘ADF Foods (USA)’ from the state of California to the state of Ohio with effect from November 01, 2015. The board of directors at their meeting held on October 29, 2015 has approved for the same.
ADF Foods (USA) is currently engaged in the business of sales & marketing of organic & natural food products. It would continue its business operations by getting the products manufactured through a contract packer based in Ohio. This would help ADF Foods (USA) to achieve better operating efficiency.
ADF Foods is engaged in manufacturing, a wide range of canned, bottled and processed vegetables fruits and foods for the export and domestic markets.
