Rimpa K Sarkar who previously served as the whole time company secretary of the Company has resigned effective September 30, 2015. Post Rimpa Sarkars resignation, Saranya Balaji has been appointed as the whole time company secretary of the Company, effective October 28, 2015 vide resolution passed at the Board of Directors of Caspian in its meeting held on October 28, 2015.
