In view of this, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Company’s Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 31, 2015 to November 10, 2015 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of un audited financial results is made.
