Suvidha Infraestate Corporation has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on November 09, 2015, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September-2015. For prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all designated employees and directors of the Company with immediate effect and will open after 48 hours of the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended September-2015. Accordingly, all designated employees and Directors of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
